As for Nico, are there any other 21 year olds who have run 12:57 and 26:52 at his age? That might be a hard double for any other 21 year olds in the world at this point...
Henry took his prerace hydration seriously. Maybe after all these years we should incorporate his training methods?
Just imagine how well he would have done in the Beer Mile.
The ability to drink a lot of alcohol and the ability to drink very fast as in a beer mile are two very different things. I can drink a lot but I can't guzzle beer quickly. It's like someone who runs 80 miles a week. Doesn't mean they have an impressive 100m time.

Jacob Kiplimo (7'26"64/12'48"63/26'33"93/26'41" (road)/57'31" at age 21, and all of them apart from the 26'33"93 at age 20 or below) says hi
Yes! Good catch! He is amazing! And Kiplimo is one of the two or three best 10km runners in the world right now; so a comparison to Nico is a compliment for sure!
I would also question Kiplimo's age, but at this level, that doesn't really matter. Kiplimo is racing grown men (not winning the U20), and his age doesn't really change anything.
