You're ignoring the talent factor here. She is clearly vastly more talented than the imaginary other "top competitors" to whom you keep referring. Similar cross training to many other runners, but she is able to achieve vastly superior results due to vastly superior talent. As an analogy, is it a stretch to think that Alan Webb could beat top American collegiate talent on reduced mileage and cross training? Not a stretch at all. In fact he probably would've been better off doing that compared to the over-training he did during his one season under Warhurst. Top collegiate women's times are not world class. Valby has run 15:20 for 5k on the track.... world class times are now sub 14:05-14:20. Sadly I am certain you will just parrot back your same redundant points that are not based on anything other than your inability to comprehend and accept reality. I won't bother to reply again.
