No dude.
He didn't oops his way to hard drugs.
Practically all people can walk out the door and go to a party and find no way possible to take a hard substance.
Fewer can find their way to a party and try a hard substance and decide to continue.
And to be fair, I don't have a smart phone, a video game system or a desire to even start to watch dirty pornography.
If you or anyone had told me that someone had been depressed, wanted to end it all, slept 20 hours a day, and had no desire for anything....and found marathon training as therapy and established an OTQ time...I'd be so proud and supportive of the effort.
But the minute it involves drugs and drug rehab...I'm out.
I'm even willing to say that I'd be ok if they had simply tried a hard drug during a rough patch and decided..nope...I'll train instead.
But many of us could not tell you what a shroom, acid, cocaine, crack, meth, heroin or any opioid or full scale illicit drug experience is like.
I don't care what he uses in his training because I think practically all elites and some sub-elites dabble in something.
That he ran 2:16 and change? Great. That's success.
But no thanks because of the drugs.
I don't have to accept it any more than you have to accept my opinion.
But we're both free to support or not support who we wish.
