Some smart lab types and a good attorney can easily get around the above restrictions. Just find somethings that are approved for therapeutic use, and then add substances that can be claimed as not being pharmacological. Get the magic proportions of multiple substances balance just right and bam, you can overtrain and avoid the typical injuries associated with overtraining.
