Good point re. the analogy. However, the point is that it was incorrect.

Wrong again.
" In New York, first-degree murder involves "special circumstances," such as the murder of a police officer or witness to a crime, multiple murders, or murders involving torture.[11] Under this system, second degree murder is any other premeditated murder.[12]"

(United_States_law)
What you say is often, but not always, true.
How so? If you want to claim that the analogy is wrong, then you need to demonstrate the error.
Your original statement was wrong, since first-degree murder is not implied by premeditated murder. Your error arose because you assumed that premeditation is a SUFFICIENT condition, whereas in reality it is only a NECESSARY condition. The AND conjunction in the list of four criteria you posted earlier confirms this.
Had the list used an OR conjunction, you would have been correct, but since, under your own definition, a murder can be premeditated but would not be classified as first-degree because it failed one of the other three tests, premeditation does NOT imply first-degree.
Now it's your turn, you explain why the analogy was wrong.
GID is a fat fuk who hates runners so he comes on here trying to alleviate the insecurities of his own inadequacies by making childish aruments about meaningless bs with any fool that will entertain him.
Right Total Knob
You're not my first wife, are you? Only you sound just like her!
Nope, just a lean, mean runner. Eat your heart out.
Well bravo, your impersonation of a 40-year-old embittered divorcee is very convincing.
Trying to change the subject again? Your act is stale fatass! What did your ex need a cherry picker to haul your fatass out the door?
Not at all, I'm quite happy with the current subject.
And no, the missus left with her boyfriend, I didn't have to go anywhere, thanks for asking.
Only insults pertaining to one's intelligence will be permitted on this thread please.
So are you planning to answer the question, or can I assume that you can't?
No, I am not your first wife.
What happened to the pissing contest? Somebody spoil the party?

There is a huge legal difference between murder and PREMEDITATED murder. You fail to see my point due to your lack of knowledge about these legal differences.
Why don't you explain the difference? I don't think you know what it is.
