Didn't Chris Derrick go from 21 as a freshman to 13:55 on the track as a senior?

He did run a 13:55 as a senior
but I see nothing about him running in the 21s as a freshman

This Newbury Park guy goes from mid pack jv last year to becoming the seventh man on the team this year and beating all 7th runners at nxn and some scorers too
This guy might help Saint Anthony’s NY go back to NXN next fall if he keeps improving in track and if his track success translates to Xc
5:04 1600 last year to 4:33 1600 this year. Ran only one XC race.
Could possibly help the Herriman team reload next year

i went from running a 5:18 1600m as a sophomore to 4:21 as a senior. was fun improving like that
