Whites are becoming a minority in the West, right wing politics don't have a future. Even in America the teabaggers who later became Trump voters couldn't defeat Obama who was elected twice. They couldn't stop Obamacare or stop immigration.
eh not so sure about that.
an ethnic group losing demographic power goes insane and starts to pull its tribe ever tighter. Politicians know that and will use it to build coalitions and win elections. Whites will feel a tribal pull to the Rs and that will spread. It's mostly men so far but it will spread to women too.
It won't matter in the end because in democracy it's about numbers and those don't favor Whites. This ain't Apartheid South Africa were Whites minority managed to hold on to power for many years through violence. Even that failed in the end. Republicans are short sighted.

South Africa is what USA/NATO/EU countries will all be, only worse because add in Islam. Anyone who votes Democrat is short sighted, the Left in power isn't in anyone's interest. We all live in racist, sexist, heterophobe, grooming from preschool world, and everyone's lives are only getting worse under the racist regime that discriminates against non-blacks, men, heterosexuals, the sane, etc.
Final thoughts. 37% of the popular vote going to the RN in the second round, up from 17% two years ago. That's a big gain in a multi-party system. A higher vote share than Labour got in the UK, but different voting systems yield radically different outcomes (democracy is not clearly defined). It basically required a completely united left wing fully co-operating with the centrists to keep them out of power. The problem for France is that with a hung parliament there's a risk none of the issues that caused the RN to surge will be addressed, pushing the country even further towards them in the next elections.

37.4% of the popular vote went to National Rally and its allies (doubled since 2022 election)
26.9% for the far left New Popular Front
22.3% for Macron and his "centrist" allies
Most mainstream news articles about the left's "shock win" in France fail to mention the popular vote totals, for obvious reasons. Labour's "landslide" in the UK was achieved with a mere 34% of the popular vote getting them 64% of the seats in parliament.
Oceans of liberal tears were shed in 2016 and for years after because Hillary "beat" Trump by 2% of the popular vote.
it does look like western nations are simply going to attempt to crack down on immigration because the electorates demand it. This is suicide of course, but racial tribalism is strong in humanity. Rich nations do not want poor brown people coming to live and work, they just don't. And rich nations don't like to have babies either.
not a winning combination. populations will shrink and that's terrible for our economic systems.
but anti-immigration will be a center of western politics for a long time. Interestingly, this should help the US because immigration is basically unstoppable here. We should have among the best demographics among rich nations because of all the young hispanics coming here. We win again.

Ah yes the centuries old, thriving, stable, pluralistic democracy of South Africa is clearly the best example here. Genius from the LRC political scientists.

That's the second round results where people were choosing between the RN and either centrists or leftists.
In other words there wasn't always an option to vote for your favoured party, many people just had the option of National Rally or someone else. (And they chose someone else 63% of the time).
