You sound unfamiliar with how society works. It exists for those who believe it. All that matters is what government and law and powerful corporations and sporting regulatory bodies say and they are recognize transgender females. It doesn’t matter what some anonymouse on an incelforum believes or doesn’t believe.
Sex is hardly relevant to sport. I’ve never seen anyone have sex or give birth or otherwise use their chromosomes or gametes on the track or field. You seem to be confusing sex with athletic performance, which a lot of stupids do.
Interesting to see that the poster who goes by quickle/ prickle/fickle and other names has moved on from the standard ad hominem attacks, appeals to authority and peurile, petulant cries of "nyah, nyah, nyah" that he’s known for and has now graduated to balling up his fists, thumping his chest and simply asserting that “might makes right.” Yikes.
Everyone who's followed this debate on LRC in recent years is used to seeing posters like quickle defend their male-supremacist position about blokes in female sports and spaces by frequently harrumphing that an array of powerful institutions, corporations, bigwigs and everybody else they think is anybody all agree with them that males who say they have special gender identities are entitled to new forms of male privilege that no one else of the male sex class gets.
These posters repeatedly assert that the tenets of gender identity ideology are "settled science" and the matter of males being able to use gender identity claims to muscle in on female sports is all done and dusted. They tell us that all good, right-thinking, "progressive" minded people today are in agreement that blokes who say they have special gender identities must be given free rein to intrude upon, lord it over and stick it to females in sports, locker rooms and other spheres of life - and anyone who thinks this is unfair is a bigot, hater, phobe, imbecile and/or right-wing reactionary with backwards ideas.
These posters also repeatedly remind us that the bright lights and big brains in charge (most of them men) in institutions like the IOC, WA, NCAA, state scholastic sports commissions, the Biden Departments of Education and Justice, local school districts etc have seen fit to put sports policies, regulations and laws in place that say girls' and women's hard-won rights to fairness, safety and equal opportunity must now take a back seat to the demands of boys and men who say they have special gender identities - and they tell us, this for the "greater good."
They further assure us that these policies are now set in stone, so realistically speaking, there's nothing to be done about them - boys and men being given free rein to use gender identity claims to compete in female sports is the new normal, and girls and women and those who care about us - or about fairness as a principle - just better get used to it.
But the new position asserted by quickle that "society only exists for the believers" - skeptics, agnostics, heretics, infidels and all other unbelievers be damned - really takes the cake for audacity. And frightening lunacy.
The claim that “society exists for those who believe” in the same ideology as the elites in power - and nobody else matters- is straight out of the script followed by tyrants and totalitarians since time immemorial.
Given that most governments, legal institutions, powerful corporations and sports governing bodies in the world today are still run predominantly by men - and even in Western democracies and republics, men still play a disproportionately outsized role in making the rules in sports and all other spheres of life - the declaration that “society exists for those who believe” in the same ideology as the big guns, big swinging dcks and other head honchos in charge also sounds an awful lot like the sort of stuff said by the Taliban in Afghanistan, the mullahs in Iran, fundamentalist Christian religious authoritarians like the FLDS patriarch Warren Jeffs, and a whole host of other incredibly misogynistic men like Andrew Tate.
Verbosa clearly can’t read. It’s quoted in bold a statement attributed to me via quotes even though I neither said or implied what it has idiotically quoted.
Verbosa, go back to reading school. And learn to write concisely while at that.

Yeah, regressive, misogynist organizations like National Organization for Women, Women's Sports Foundation, National Women's Law Center and Ms. Foundation for Women are your biggest enemies. Your biggest allies are enlightened defenders of women's rights like Alliance Defending Freedom and Family Research Council, which are run by old men, unlike NOW, WSF, NWLC and Ms. Foundation.
If something is a social construct, it doesn’t exist unless society agrees that it does. Which, in reality is just a fancy way of saying something doesn’t exist.
In this new world of “fake news” on one side and people choosing their own adventure and ignoring discernible facts as to their sex and what that means on the other, objective truth must win out in the end, as it always has, even if it’s not always immediate.
Sex, male, female, or sometimes intersex, is all that is relevant. Gender doesn’t even matter when it comes to sport. But too many get caught up in their “feelings” and their personal biases as to how they want the world to be, instead of accepting the world as it is and responding and living accordingly.

Because T. Verbosa has gone utterly batshït crazy based on something it could interpret in a painfully contorted way, I’ll clarify.
”It exists for those who believe it”: The “it” here just refers to the social construct that the original poster said “it doesn’t exist”. The social construct exists for those who believe it and doesn’t for those who don’t. That is how democratic societies with free speech work.
But Verbosa exploded into some asinine rage rant about totalitarianism. 😂

At least Moms for Liberty is run by actual women.
What do you mean by "actual women"? Transphobia....stay quiet

You seem to be unfamiliar with how society works. A social construct exists for those who believe it. All that matter is the super majority of the human population, from whom legitimacy to govern and profits come, populations that reject your denial of Biology 101. Laws will be changed to retroactively criminalize your amazingly ignorant and hateful pushing of mental illness and the pedo grooming of children.

Oh come on. You can't be as naive about how the world works as you pretend to be. It's not like entryism aka "boring from within" and institutional capture are new.
Entryism: a tactic in which the members of an group/followers of an ideology join a larger organisation or movement with goals opposite to their own for the express purpose of changing the targeted organisation's or movement's fundamental principles, direction, policies, agenda and aims.
You always try to make it seem as though the only pushback to the odiuous male supremacist agenda you are pushing under the phony banner of "diversity and inclusion" comes from the US right, particularly conservative Christians. But that's just because you seem never to mix with people with different views to your own, especially us women.
Moreover, the impression I get from your posts is that you have such a low opinion and narrowly sexist, stereotyped-laden view of women that you really can't get it through your skull that there are plenty of intelligent, fair-minded, liberal women in the world who support gay rights, pluralism, tolerance and acceptance of sex/gender nonconformists but who nevertheless disagree with you about gender identity ideology. This isn't coz we're right wing, stupid, intolerant and/or ignorant the way you constantly claim or suggest we are. It's because we think gender identity ideology and its aims are regressively sexist, male supremacist and homophobic rubbish - rubbish that's harmful to large numbers of people.
Today, there are plenty of genuinely grass-roots organizations which oppose gender identity ideology that are led by and full of women who have a sex-realist, gender critical perspective similar to the feminism of the "second-wave" and who are in no way right wing or traditionalist relgious zealots. Including many orgs that were created in the current century by leftwing and moderate women with longstanding experience in progressive politics and activism - including some who are LB and even some who are T - for the express purpose of opposing gender identity ideology and the destruction of sex-based rights, spaces, services and sports.
Such as:
Fair Play for Women, Women's Liberation Front (WoLF), Fourth Wave Now, FiLiA Women’s Rights, Sex Matters, ICONS, Genspect, Ovarit, Save Women's Sports, Feminists in Sruggle, LGB Alliance, For Women and Girls, Transgender Trend, Women's Declaration International, Women's Labour Declaration, Gender Dysphoria Alliance, Standing for Women, Fair Sex Campaign, LGBT Courage Coalition, Gender Health Query/The Homoarchy, Standing for Women, Let Women Speak, Partners in Care, Gender Critical Research Network, Safe Schools Alliance, Women Won't Wheest, Party of Women, Keep Prisons Single Sex, [US] Democrats for an Informed Approach to Gender (DIAG)...
The fact that you don't know about how many female people across the political spectrum in the Western world have organized, and are organizing, at the grass roots level around this topic just goes to show how out of touch you are.

High school coach here, just a reminder that this is not the kid's fault. It's the people who make the rules that have completely dropped the ball here. We all know this is unfair, but the adults in charge don't want to face a difficult decision. The kid competed within the rules.
I think it would be great if the people tweeting about this, and everyone on this website did their best not to post the name of the kid. We know how the internet works, and kids don't deserve to get the online hate that comes their way just by competing within the current rules. Instead, replace the kids name with the names of the adults who determine the state sports participation rules. They're the ones who deserve heat for this, not some young athlete who's been put in an awful situation while the administrators hid in the background.
Hey look, there's a board of adults who get paid to "lead"
It is the adults around these kids overindulging them and their fads/fantasies/attention seeking and encouraging them, instead of guiding them back to reality, as should be the role of the responsible adult in a child's life.

Is this a democratic society with free speech?
On paper, sure.
In practice, not any more.
Why do you think real girls/women- yes, real girls/women- don't fight this? And have people like you thinking they gladly support boys stealing from them?
They are afraid.
Women -once again- the only marginalized group that it's socially acceptable to crap all over and steal from. And nobody cares.

This is quite rich from someone who always argues that only organizations run by men are pushing for "trans inclusion." You seem to have a low opinion of women who do not agree with your viewpoints on the issue.
Here are the facts. Men are far more likely to agree with you than women.
On the sports issue, 72% of men and 53% of women agree with you. 24% of men and 42% of women disagree.
While Americans support transgender military service, a majority believe birth gender, rather than gender identity, should govern participation in sports.
Of course, there are some women's organizations that disagree with NOW, WSF, NMLC or Ms. Foundation. I don't necessarily hold negative views against them. But some of the organizations you listed have been infiltrated by people who are trying to weaponize them in the cultural war against the "woke left." It's so ironic you talk about "entryism" here.
Anyway, my point is that if "most governments, legal institutions, powerful corporations and sports governing bodies in the world today are still run predominantly by men" then it should work to advantage for people like RunRagged, because men, especially old men are more likely to agree with her than women, especially younger women.

Mate, the two Gallup polls you just posted - and you keep posting on other threads about this topic - are way of out date. The first one is from May 2021, the second one is from May 2019, which was five years ago.
Public attitudes have changed a lot in the past several years. Because more and more people have become aware that basing access to female sports and female loos and locker rooms on the gender identity claims that some blokes make rather than on their actual sex takes fairness and safety away from the female half of the population and turns girls and women into sitting ducks for a wide range of male-over-female dominance displays and a whole bunch of sexist bullying, sexual harassment, verbal abuse, voyeurism and assaults from males.
Basing access to female sports on the gender identity claims that some boys and men make rather than on their sex means a bunch of entitled blokes like Lia Thomas, CeCe Telfer, June Eastwood, Sadie Schreiner, Laurel Hubbard, Stephanie Barrett, Veronica Ivy, Chelsea Wolfe, Sascha Lowerstein, Emily Bridges, Terry Miller, Andraya Yearwood and many more having a field day scoring easy wins in girls' and women's sports and then turning around and complaining about how oppressed, disadvantaged and misunderstood they are.
Allowing males free rein to get into girls' and women's restrooms, locker rooms, showers, changing rooms, dorms, barracks, shelters, rape crisis centers, domestic violence refuges, hospital wards, sororities, prisons etc based on gender idenity claims rather than on their sex means teenage boys and grown men looking on, leering, exposing their dicks and otherwise being way too close for comfort and safety when girls and women are undressed, showering and using the toilet.
It also means housing violent men and boys who've committed rape and other sex offenses against females in women's prisons and youth detention centers so they can have easy access to more women and girls to abuse, menace and victimize.
The policies you and other genderists want to impose on the world's girls and women in the name of "diversity and inclusion" mean adversity and intrusion for us.

Your rage rant screeds are ridiculous. Accusations of misogyny are your comfort food. I don’t remember hobby jogger ever posting anything to suggest “a low opinion of .. women” or any “odious male supremacist agenda”. Nothing of that sort is posted by anyone on these trans threads.
You seem to confuse a low opinion of you with women in general.
