The thing that scares me is that college administrators ever thought this was a good idea.
If you care so much about this issue, ask Max Siegel, Vin Lanana or any of the USATF board members whether USATF is enforcing the new World Athletics policy. If they do, that will also become the NCAA Track & Field policy and this D3 sprinter will be declared ineligible next season.
USATF probably does not care because no trans athlete will qualify for the Olympic Trial. But their policy also affects the lower level competition including NCAA., which they may not care about.
