which means he isn't injured.
He just got the race wrong and realised it on the turn.
Could be wrong but I do think I remember hearing that Kerley's injury - probably the same one he had last year, if I had to guess - had something to do with his ankle (?) and inhibited his ability to run turns well as a result ... but I guess running straights is fine for him. I guess that helps narrow down his place on the relay lol
cant see him on the relay now, clears that up for sure now
Really enjoying Crouser’s commentary. He’s definitely a fan of the sport.
Guess I got Kerley and Knighton mixed up :)
West Coast blue city virtue signaling with the boxed water. Bet there's fluoride in it.
Surely will get a mixed zone interview later, but Kerley has said he felt a cramp coming on, but will be good for the 4x100

He was probably a better discus guy in HS and then dropped it like a hot potato at Texas.

haha a cramp?
Just overconfidence and he shut it down to give himself an out. Bit embarrassing, should've had someone to listen to after his heat.
Looking for a quick 200 from Lyles unless this extra long wait cooled him off.

You'd probably be wrong if it is locally sourced. Eugene doesn't flouridate water. Some of the best tasting tap water in the US.
Lyles looks good.
now that's a 200m runner. Knighton + Lyles on another planet.

Peacock has dedicated feeds for men's discus and women's high jump
No DeGrasse. How are all these young fit athletes getting boned so hard by "covid"? I feel like some information is being withheld.
Wow Lyles looked supreme. He looked over quick and found another gear. Impressive.
Lyles! Bednarek! Richards!😮

He's got 19.4 in those legs. At least
