Getting on TRT and lifting is just a cosmetic patch over your insecurities. You want to do something useful and mentally challenging take up BJJ or something.
Rubbish.
TRT is a medical treatment.
I am not talking of those who use to improve sporting performance.
If you have the need its a clear issue.
If you are tired all the time, can't do your normal exercise regimens, can't play sports, walk far, its a need, not an insecurity.
I went though it. Had continual fatigue, went on a does, got back to normal. Now through other health issues I am off it again.
Life is very tiring again. I am not insecure about anything. Likely I have outperformed you in every category in my life. I am quite happy with my lot. Except its a struggle to walk up the stairs, ride my bike, or get out of bed.
Not everyone wants to look buff.
Its also really stupid easy to get on TRT.
Ryan Hall was not a diseased old person seeking medical treatment. He was a typical chronically overtrained distance runner who showed low T because of his training....then stopped doing the very thing which led to his fake low T...then kept up his prescribed TRT regime (and who knows what else).
