13.5 miles, fairly flat, about 5:35 pace, very hot out. Enjoyable run.
heading to the beach today. Heading to the beach later for some snd running. Went to see the Golden Gala last night with kids. What a blast.

nice 17 miler around the city. got finished just as the sun was really starting to rear it's ugly head.

46' and change.......ran around the field, but avoided the trails today......still haven't found a better way to deal with the dear flies.....legs kinda heavy today.....nice weather though.....
pretty savage thread.40 minute treadmill session to check post-injury gait. Felt good. Left foot is still a little off axis and load on the side. However no pain. Looking to get my astragalo unblocked.

KTRF, 3 races in 2 days. Tough footing and plenty of vertical limit the appeal, but it suits me fine.
10K;49:15. hill climb; 31:51. 25K dnf. Not a good series of races but still a very enjoyable weekend. Trailheads from 22 states took part. Eclectic souls make good company.
Yoopers serve great food and good beer.
