I am asking you libs. Ask yourself if you are truly better off than you were 3 years ago? Empty shelves, supply chains in shreds, gas through the roof, market out of control, affordable housing a distant memory, masks fogging your glasses, wokeism, and vaccine police. DJT will bring the sanity back to a world that is clearly gone mad.

You have known since the early trump days that there are only two threads where orange clown bs is tolerated - this and the trump thread. It's not like you have anything better to do anyway, so nothing lost from your side with that axed thread, right.

1/10 but I am bored. I am unequivocally better off than I was in 2019. My investment portfolio has increased by almost 60% since, I haven't seen an empty shelf yet (maybe it's happening a lot in the backwater hellhole towns you mouth breathers live in), the prices of my two properties have skyrocketed, masks don't bother me and it's small price to pay to help protect myself and my community, and nobody has forced me to get vaccinated.
Every time the GOAT loser dunce trump appears in a headline, he reminds the country just how embarrassing and dangerous he was. It will be a catastrophic blow to your pea brain when the low approval rating Biden wipes the floor again with the orange menace. Sally, I promise you too will join the big lie club like Gary, because you are so convinced Biden will lose and won't accept being ruled by a lib for another 4 years. But don't worry, you will be in the company of tens of millions of other losers who also resorted to remaining in trump fantasyland where he actually won and this is all just a big deep state hoax.

I'm a LOT better off than 3 years ago.
* I'm much richer because of my Tesla investment and my 401k going higher.
* I don't have to pay for gas because I now have 2 EVs and no gas car.
* My 2017 Chevy Bolt EV just got a new battery with an 8 year warranty.
* Two members of my family are now doctoral candidates, pursuing their dreams.
* Everyone in my family has been boosted, so we don't worry about covid.
* I'm very happy that child poverty is massively lower.
* We are back in the Paris agreement, and with a majority in the senate there is a glimmer of hope for humanity.
* We have a competent leader in the White House who is not a corrupt criminal

Build back Better is dead in the water.
3 years ago your Chevy Bolt had not been recalled because it is a massive fire about to happen.
3 years ago you did not have one of the least reliable cars ever made.
Good on your family members pursuing Ph. d's - congrats to them.
Being boosted does not protect you from Covid.
Voting rights legislation dead in the water.
Good on the child poverty being massively lower.
No headway on reducing Global Warming. 3 years ago the Earth was not 3 years closer to the "tipping point."
Your leader in the White House could not be any more incompetent.
Mid-term red psunami is fast-approaching.
3 years ago everyone thought Donald Trump would be impeached and removed from office. Instead he is readying to run for office again.
3 years ago Flagpole was still saying Mueller is coming and the clown is done. Flagpole could not have been more wrong on that.

* 3 years ago, I didn't have a brand new battery for my Bolt.
* If you are referring to my Tesla, note that it tops customer satisfaction ratings for Consumer Reports.
* Being boosted is proven to protect from Covid and especially protects from getting severe disease.
* There is a glimmer of hope in making meaningful progress on climate that was not there 3 years ago.
* A lot of headway has been made on reducing greenhouse gasses, especially in Europe. Worldwide, adoption of EVs, solar, and wind is growing at a very fast rate.
* Biden is extremely competent. Just watch his recent 2 hour press conference and you can see for yourself.
* Donald Trump is going to prison where he belongs.

Look, we went through a once-in-a-century pandemic and once in a generation political crisis.
For us to come out the other side with record economic growth, zero political violence, jobs for everyone, a strong currency, global peace...that's pretty good.
That said, we went through a pandemic and the country has some black and blue marks that only might heal.

Its a nice thought but our political crisis is far from over. As we speak Republican legislatures are disenfranchising voters though passing laws allowing politicians to over rule election results, continuing gerrymandering to give minorities parties power over majorities, and implied calls to violence if things don't go Trump's way.
I am pretty sure this is criminal activity, and since this violates the Presidential Records Act, he should not be allowed to run again, right?

And the Ds are sitting back doing very little. They will just wait until the pendulum swings back in their favor.. at this rate the Rs will be able to just block it from swinging back.

It will be hard to spin it as negative when this truth is widely known. But you can be sure the GQP with Fox will sure try.
And is a 100% certainty that Fox will never call out Trump for the U.S. military to kill General Suleimani of the leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard. He was a "business" partner for a Trump Hotel near the Caspian Sea that was to be Ivanka's showcase building project. That project collapsed and was an Ivanka failure. Bigly bad.
Imagine a U.S. president in personal business with a military entity intended to protect the Iranian political system from foreign interference, coups or deviant movements. The later, of course, meaning the U.S.A.

2) Trump will never be elected again.

hasn't been covered much, but the Dems 'won' the redistricting wars this cycle. that should keep half a dozen seats in Dem hands.
what happened is that the Rs ran full speed in 2010, with massive gerrymanders. The Dems, believers in honor and fairness, refused to go that way.
So the Rs had no more gerrymandering to do in 2022. it had already been done.
and the Dems decided to fight back this year and lower themselves into the gutter with the trumpists. regrettable all around, but the Dems had no choice given the Rs anti-democratic moves.
result is a net gain for the Dems this gerrymandering cycle.
some stories starting to creep out that the Dems actually have a chance at keeping the house. Not a probable event, but the redistricting successes changed the game a bit.

All good points. Things are DEFINITELY better today than 3 years ago for me. I have more money. I work less. My adult children have had major life successes. Things have continued to get worse and worse for Trump, and he knows it (see his desperate, insane call to have big protests in NY, DC, and GA). I agree that Biden is extremely competent. Just BS right-wing mantra that he is not.
Also...
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.

You are correct. We still have a political crisis. Every day though is closer to that ending. Trump is the poison. The antidote to him is being worked on by many people and organizations. He will not kill the host.

Just one of a million reasons why he should not be allowed to run again, He's a criminal. He's a serial liar. He's a moron who doesn't read or take the time to even listen to anyone. He's an autocrat. Anyone who supports him is not only either JUST stupid or racist, but they are also un-American. Ronald Reagan is rolling over in his grave at what the GOP has become.
