Other people quoted the "n" word in full and got canceled d for it- see Papa Johns CEO. Biden has also said racially insensitive if not outright bigotted remarks about Indians working at 7-11's blacks vs hispanics diversity, etc.
Context matters. Biden gets points for when, why, and how he said the quote.
Biden has always fought for the rights of minorities and everyone knows it. That matters too.
Lame attempts to play "gotcha" don't work on Biden.
