Herriman is definitely a team that does not see a 3-5 point gain on speed ratings over the course of the season.
Steadman ran 185 at Woodbridge, the Tangs 181 and 180, Ogomo 179, Beckstrom 179, Hofheins 177.
They ran 182, 178 and 173, 181, 180, and 177 at Firman, respectively.
Steadman had a terrible day at state, but the Ogomo ran 182 (1 point better than Firman), Jonah Tang ran 182 (1 point better than Woodbridge), Beckstrom ran 181.57 (1.6 points better than Firman), Micah Tang ran 179, worse than Woodbridge, and Hofheins ran 179.9, 2.7 points better than Firman.
They are super consistent and deep. Huge improvements over the course of the season aren't exactly a Doug Soles specialty.
