A crappy 5 miles in 34:53. Haven't run in 6 days, drank alot this past weekend and feeling it. 1st and 2nd miles were kinda hilly. Mile 1 - 6:38 after taking it out at about 6 flat pace for the half and jogging to the mile marker, mile 2 was 6:40 uphill, then I just said to hell with it and cruised home. eh. I've got to get my MP pacing back on track.
