We know it's a bioweapon, we just don't know if it was released intentionally or accidentally. Remember, all this 'vaccine' talk is usually just a pretense. Bioweapons labs around the world research deadly chimera viruses by using "vaccine research" as their cover. That's not to say they aren't also looking into vaccines, but they are more concerned with having similar bioweapons - just another arms race, whether it be the latest nukes, missiles, satellite weaponry, or pathogens - mankind never changes :/
In the case of this Wuhan lab, they may have been studying a virus that they were made aware of due to its specific effectiveness against Asia genetics. If that's the case, it's a cruel irony that it then got released in China...
There's a theory that China stole the bioweapon (aimed at Chinese, to be released as a cleanup depopulation agent along with nukes in WWIII scenario).

https://www.loc.gov/law/foreign-news/article/china-vaccine-law-passed/According to the Law, China is to implement a state immunization program, and residents living within the territory of China are legally obligated to be vaccinated with immunization program vaccines, which are provided by the government free of charge. Local governments and parents or other guardians of children must ensure that children be vaccinated with the immunization program vaccines (art. 6).
