Buffalo was low 20s with nasty wind-chill cutting across a golf-course; this was to add to a week of rain soaking the course and snow on the morning of the race. Safe to say the long sleeves and gloves came out for 90% of runners. Race wise, men went out pretty slow due to surfaces and reluctancy of guys wanting to lead into the wind. In fairness, UMass Lowell's NCAA bound runner did lion-share of the work along with Canisius guy who also earned all region. If conditions were good, would have been a TRACK over at the Audobon.
