You park in the back of parking lots because the distance is relatively short compared to your runs.
You take a dump 3+ times per day.
You start to spend more time running than trolling letsrun.

I'm doing 13 runs a week, and can attest to this.
Anyway, you also know you're training hard when:
the track is covered in snow so you do 400m repeats in the middle of the road
you start eating ugali everyday
you don't even get excited anymore by the fact you did a 100+ mile week
You begin to loathe the person you once were.
the only time you have any resemblance of a personality is the 20 minutes following a run.
this seems to hold true with other compulsive behavior - working too much ect
You max out the holes on your belt and have to make a new one to keep your pants up.
