The IAAF "explanation" is not convincing at all. It is just the Man supporting the Man.
This is a situation that does not have an easy answer and that article simply gives one point of view - not necessarily the correct one.
It makes me laugh that we are willing to give rich idiots that took advantage of us a trillion dollars, but we are up in arms over technicalities when it comes to an honest effort that would cost a multinational bank (BoA) a miniscule percentage of its obscene profits.
