That is very scientific,how did you learn that method of body recovery?I did that when I was in Germany in 1979 December to run Cross-country.They invited me and I had sore muscles very stiff I couldn't move and the race is next day.This German guy told we want you to run,please do this.And I did exactly what you say now.You know me I don't want to lose a race those years.I see people sit in the hot pool for all-day then they wonder why they are tired.no energy,I ended up following their fitness sitting in the hot pool straining and defflenting muscle strength that is wierd.I get to train a lot smarter now.
