I will explain it again slowly this time so you can understand. Similar to LAACTIC I try to assess all runners head to head, even when they have not raced. Thus I need to understand any unexplained large differences in times from one race to another. So I seek rational explanations. Such as a short course. Like this one.
If you are focusing on head to head, it doesn't matter if they run 15 minutes.
