Nice work. Last year I stopped drinking around marathon time and noticed a huge improvement in energy especially late evenings and running performance. This year I've done it more even unintentionally.
Had a big birthday this year and lots of friends bought lots of expensive scotch, whisky, etc but I haven't even touched it.
I did have a beer last weekend because I went to a ballgame and didn't want to drink coke. It was fine but I didn't miss it and it didn't cause me to start drinking again.
