Let me give a few examples:
* in terms of healthcare, most centre right parties in Europe suggest to introduce or increase copay for less important issues and/or have more private actors, while retaining the single-payer insurance (e.g. sécurité sociale, NHS). In other words, they would like to heed towards a situation similar to "Medicare for all".
-> The European centre right is aligned with the liberal wing of the Democratic party in terms of healthcare.
* in terms of abortion, the centre right is typically pro-choice except in a few countries (NI, Poland). In France (where the right liberalised abortion), the only thing the far right has mentioned is to stop funding it 100% via the national health insurance but I think it didn't even make it to the official program.
-> The EU centre right is aligned with moderate to liberal Democrats on abortion
* in terms of University, free or extremely cheap college is widespread in the EU (not the UK though) and no major party is suggesting to do otherwise. The Germans tried for a while but they backtracked.
-> All parties, including most far-right ones, align with the liberal wing of the Democrats on college funding.
And so on... death penalty (it has minority support among the traditional right politicians), minimum wage (the right won't deindex on inflation and/or growth), labour laws (no one would ever consider "at will" in the French or German right).
The only topics the European centre right parties aligns with the Republicans or Conservative Democrats I can think of are immigration (the policies put in place by the right are stricter than in the USA) and, to some extent, policing (although not to the extremes seen in the USA, and some countries' right wings do not at all, like the UK or Germany).
(Hell, even the Chilean right legalised gay marriage and recognised sex change. Yes, the scions of Pinochet. That's just to say how far to the right the US society is right now.)
The US didn't become the greatest nation on earth by being like Europe. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Worth noting that all of the socialist programs and "free stuff" are only possible in Europe and Canada because the US has wasted TRILLIONS of dollars defending Europeans from the Soviets.
Even today we're $30 trillion in debt handing BILLIONS to Ukraine while Europe guzzles Russian energy and funds the Russian side of the war.
