Guess what? She used wavelight pacing. Another WR goes down due to perfect pacing longer than any human rabbit could muster.
When are these wavelights going to be banned and these fraudulent WRs stripped? It's a travesty and a mockery.
You do know she still had to run it right?
I read that Hassan ripped 20x200m in 30 seconds after this WR. She's got more in the tank
Confirmed:
The guy of Total Running Productions channel is a Sifan Hassan hater.
We need someone like Sigmund Freud to do a diagnostic.

I have heard she has also entered the men's event at Tokyo.

I believe she does have something in the tank.

I heard she eats jello with a fork.
Hassan is an obvious doper. When you have a checkered history and are blowing away records set by other dopers, it is easy to see. In cycling you would see certain riders just blow away other elite riders; they were specially "prepared." and it was no contest.
But dopers will cheat gladly with a big smile on their face, swear with compete earnestness that they are clean and that it is just hard work and natural talent, and cash their checks without a qualm. And some gullible idiots will buy it or at least feign agnosticism.
It is a dirty sport.
What is Hassans checkered history
She might even have broken the half marathon world record if some idiot had not tripped her from behind.

And all these things were heard on the LetsRun forum so they must be true.

You should follow another sport. Hassan has been tested 100's of times with no bad results. As Craig Engels said a few years ago, she was tested more than any other runner in the group.
Here's an idea: follow golf. No ped's to speak of in golf. Henrik Stenson was asked what ped's a golfer might take. He responded, "maybe Viagra". You can follow a nice clean sport and not sound like an idiot who knows what all the technology and testing has been unable to confirm.

This news just confirms one thing for me - Salazar is the GOAT of all GOATS. It's undeniable at this point. And I don't have time to go through the progression but Hassan seems to have gradually improved through the years, it's not that hard to see.
Yes because the track record of all that testing actually detecting epo doping is so reliable in endurance sports. :)
You are free to follow whatever sports you choose. And free to believe what you want. Even if its naive.

Why do you think male pacers are not allowed for women's WRs? Why aren't pacers allowed to hop in halfway through the race? Ridiculous.
Because they break the air resistance, which is significant when you're running 17 km/h
Air resistance is significant while traveling at 290km/h in auto races, not female 10000m runners moving at the pace they run. Have you noticed when Marathon world records are set, they are usually racing final (4 to 6) miles alone? If Marathoners are able to set world record in Marathon racing alone final (4 to 6) miles, I am not going to say pacers are physically necessary in running. Pacers are psychologically necessary so the pace lights help.

+1 People are too quick to jump on the bandwagon. By the way, Hassan is a very devout Muslim and always makes references to the “ Great One”above. She has been quoted as saying that “Allah” has chosen her to be a great runner and that is her destiny. She says this with absolute sincerity and belief so we should not doubt her.
Can you imagine the devastation that would be created were she ever to have taken PEDs. It’s just not going to happen. The penalty suffered would be much worse than the glory attained and she’s not stupid. She has a solid head on her shoulders.

Surely you must be joking? She is a devout muslim so therefore she doesn´t cheat? How old are you? 16?

I'm not saying you're not right. But you have no proof. With Lance Armstrong and his crew, they were doing blood transfusions. They were micro dosing. I've read enough about cycling to know the amount of money involved is far greater than in running. Not one of Salazar's runners has ever tested positive. That's not true for Armstrong's team.
But her results alone do not prove she's doping. In every sport, athletes are bigger and faster and stronger than ever. For so long, women were discouraged from doing endurance events. We didn't even have an olympic marathon for women until 1984. So, the progression in women's endurance sports is going to be different. Hassan has been an exceptional runner for several years. She never even tried to run beyond 1500 until Salazar. Plus, she seems to be injury proof. I hope you're wrong because I'm a big fan of hers. But I don't think her results are out of line. I've always felt that women's records lagged well behind the men. Her record is still nearly 3 minutes behind the men's 10k record. That's about 30 seconds a mile, which seems to be about right compared the mile, the 5k, and now the 10k.
Lance never really tested positive though. Marion Jones never tested positive. Only real way to catch people is with detective work and paper trails. Testing only catches those that are sloppy, stupid, or unlucky.
We live in a time when a coach/manager can be caught with a year supply of epo at a training camp but none of the athletes test positive.
Yes, and she has 156 and 351 speed for 800 and1500 m and she did not even exploit to the full those two events so could’ve gone faster with specific training for longer periods of time for those two middle distance events.
I have known decent national level 5000 10,000 m runners who cannot run faster than her at 800 and1500 m. Example: Bob Holt (England) (around 1970s) 3:51/7:59/13:48/28:39/2:16),
1500/3000/5000/10,000/marathon.
Hassan can get under 14 minutes and 29 minutes for 5000 m and 10,000 m. She could also run around 63 minutes for a half marathon right now if not faster. She’s kind of a revolutionary figure in distance running. I’m 99.9 convinced that she’s clean and not using PED’s.
Going further, if she ever moves up to the marathon she could potentially run around 2:11-2:13. A 29 minute 10,000 m man can operate at five minute per mile speed in the marathon and there’s no reason that she should not be able to do so as well. No physiological reason that she couldn’t do it. It’s more question of breaking a psychological barrier. Look at female elite swimming who are closer to the elite men compared with distance running. Cynics might say females have more body fat which helps floatability but I think it’s more a question of psychological toughness in the pool. Hassan can do it.
