That's not what I see at all. Especially when yo see the slo-mo (no pun intended) vimeo version.
It's difficult to tell the initial contact. However, if you take it frame by frame, it appears the Mo is, at the very start, trying to put is arms out in front of Avial and Wynne, try to get in front of them. Avila has his arms up and moves them down swapping Mo's arms away. This start Mo bouncing over in front of Wynne. Wynne is having none of this and sends Mo back bouncing back over in front of Avila. Mo is swinging his arms wildly. Possibly because he is off balance, possibly to protect is position, possibly to keep others from passing him. He as Avila tangle arms. Avila holds his space. Mo bounces back in front of Wynne. Then they settle down for a few yards. Finally, Wynne tries to get in front of Mo. He tries to squeeze through, sending Mo bouncing back to Avila again, and again tangling arms. Avila tries to get Mo's failing arms off him. Mo is still in contact with Wynne also and starts losing balance. He might have clipped his heal against Avila leg, but he's going down. Wynne reaches out to either stabilize him, or push him. Can't tell because his arm is hidden. Mo realizes he's going down and grabs onto Avila jersey. At first it might have been to break his fall, but it quickly is apparent his wants to take him with him.
I put almost all the blame on Mo. His arms were all over the place. This was not protect your space arms. This was either I'm out of control, or I'm getting in your space to keep you behind me. It looked like the later to me. From my perspective it seems that Mo initiated all the content. Escalated the contact, and then played bad sport. Avila was protected his space, used his arm appropriately, and did not try to kick Mo's a**.
