Good stuff, tpcb! Keep up the great work!
It's kind of a miserble day and I'm still a little logey, so I'm bagging another day. Tomorrow's predicted sunshine should offer enough motivation to get back to it.
Keep up the good work, all!

You obviously KNOW he's still here, don't you? :-) Oh well, his trolling has helped push this thread to the top, if nothing else.
I did see the pic of the newborn on the cvrr forum. Good for him and Heath. I have no problem with that kind of thing.
two days off.....planning 50ish this pm.....nice day finally
30 minute run
then circuits!
=]
For 28'13" total. 25 1/2 min. same intensity as Sat. 2 1/2 min. jog cooldown.
tpcb,
That was a good quarter, who ever put it in.
Love the way those 200's went.Dynamic.
Went 43:38 on a trail race over X-C ski trails.Avg HR174, maxxed at 178. Feeling it today.
Spring like in the Badger state today. Feels good to soak up some sun and walk of the soreness imparted by the downhills.
Indeed, Dying, my ass!

Felt like shite the past few days but finally had a good run today. 6.5 miles in 34 minutes with the first 2 fast and the last mile hard as well. Gym work after but still a little sore from hills+weights on Saturday.
accomplished the hoped for 50' yesterday.....nice trails, then a country road for the last mile....very satisfying...track meet today = no run...
Today, for 30'56" AHR 139 MHR 149.
another 6.5 mile tempo in 35 minutes

What kind of thing? Seriously.
May 6 ,6.2 Miles,57:25, imbedded form drills, some stretching, and down hill surges,
Light rain at 58F. The chorus of spring peepers fills the night.
fUrCeOsNhN,
you are one fast dude..
TODAY: bike to track, bike to work after track. Tried to keep between 1:20 and 1:24 with 60s recovery for 15 reps. Pretty much naild if it were not for a couple of interferences. But that's what may just happen on a busy lunchtime track...

Yesterday PM ended going for a 2 hour walk with my daughtrer and her friend looking for a good gymnastics facility in the neighborhood. Managed to see 4. Pretty damn good walking for 7-year-olds...

Easier run. AHR 136 MHR 146.
...or a fast troll...
Not a troll. First run today was 5 miles in 30 minutes. First mile fast. Then an old guy on a bike passed me on a downhill and I tried to catch him on the uphill. Chased him for about a half a mile but he had 20 meters on me and I couldn't close the gap. Almost caught him but then we crested the hill and he got away. Slowed down after that. Was going to do 7 but the heat got to me and my legs were pretty tired from yesterday.
