Ran really hard this morning for 53'43" AHR 162 MHR 174.
ran too hard for an 18 miler LSD this morning. stellar for 13 of it. thought that it was 12 on the schedule.... guess not.
Today recovery run for 24:45.
Have not run for two days.
Storing energy and thinking.
No injury. Savouring the moment i let loose.
32 minutes yesterday
1:35 to cover 11.2 miles. Sunny but brisk. Turkeys active with their breeding season in full swing. More unusual was the jet black mature timber wolf that crossed the road app.150 yds. ahead of me.
Today; for 26'23" feeling better than yesterday. AHR 142 MHR 156.
yesterday;
predinner fartlek, no watch, 1 hour total in the park.
Felt awesome.
10 miles (before breakfast)
AM: stationary bike - 60min easy
PM: stationary bike - 60min progression (40 cruise, 10 steady, 10 strong)
bodyweight and core exercises
AM: easy 65min run
PM: Fartlek mix (45 cruise, 15 tempo, 12 mod)
Serious lifting.
Actually 7 miles and it was after breakfast.
Note to self: full stomach of eggs and bacon+all nighter=shitty run.

I'm not on a team. And I was finishing a paper. And I didn't run yesterday (damn paper) so I need to do about 18 today. Thinking of tripling.

a totally kick-ass 9 mile steady state around a sunny country block. :)
