beach, 50 mins barefoot.
Undescribably good.
Sand has to be the best running surface after grass.

My scooter died and had to foot it in.
A nice 40 barefoot minutes (with my bakpack bobbing up and down not the greatest)
Will have to walk it back.

Today, very easy fat burning run for 47'26" Out & back, AHR 122.
Dropped car off for service after work and walked
home (2 miles + or -) which was quite nice... followed up by a 20:00 hill repeat workout on the recumbent bike then a dumb bell workout.
Throat a bit better today, no cough thankfully, but I am not 100% yet. Still a very cool, raw wind out there for this time of year.
Right now the forecast for Marathon Monday is party cloudy with temps in the 50-F-range.
Took family member to Boston & home for medical appointment. Wiped out most of the day, so I settled for ten miles on the recumbent bike.
10:40 3200
Today for 30:53. windy day.

Endorphined and bushed.
Ready to run. But no objectives,
Reminds me of this song from my school days. Thought it was a about a bloke and a lass, where she ends up getting her rightful revenge.
But you could probably make a great video compilation of runners's faces grimacing at the finish lines, irrespective of aesthetics... you know...
"Nice legs, shame about the face"
Pain can be ugly.

"Paradise by the Dashboard Light?"
"Are You Going with Me?"
Pat Metheny Group
34 minutes yesterday, 35 minutes today
Left PF still nagging so I went to the recumbent bike and did five miles in 19:30.
I have loads more respect for those Tour de France riders, now.
For you who bike as alternative/cross training, how many of you use racers versus trail bikes, just out of curiosity?
