I'm wondering which coast aka & with his many other handles resides on, the east or the west coast where it rains a lot of the year?

Today's run was (trolling) er...running for 34'49"
AHR 135 MHR 147.
rest day
didn't need to
made it that much nicer
can't beat an optional rest day
1km warmup 10x100 .5km warmdown
Didn't have much time today, but those 100's felt pretty scintillating.
45' monday.....off tuesday....hoping for close to 50' today....maybe tomorrow too....
No run, resting foot. Did weight workout and watched the
"where's the missing Olympic Torch" show on CNN.
What a riot. Lefties protesting the PRC. Where's this outrage been for the past half-century? People I know have traveled to Tibet and report that the Tibetans are a minority in their own homeland.
"1984" anyone?
Monday: 20', 8 x 300m hill, 30'; lifting
Tuesday: 50' tempo, 8 striders, massage (magic!)
Today: 88' easy, lifting
Let's keep it real, people. Don't get distracted. That's exactly what he wants.
Keep those positive posts coming! Good luck, all!
my bad, dogg...sorry
Today (no run yesterday), for 35'26" Easy for begining, solid for remainder of run. AHR 138 MHR 152.
yesterday
20x250m on grass from pine tree to pine tree, with a circle round the pine tree for recovery: no watch.
10 of them mild uphill against the wind, the other ten, ideal downhill, flying over over-grown grass, soft like cachemire, after two days of drizzle... twas like running in low water at the beach where you have to slightly jump out of the water... but you feel like flying downhill, and freeclimbing the other way... just before dinner, dusk and grey clouds looming, it was rome, but felt like the fells of Great Britain...
And just because finish lines, like seasons, and time warps, can sometimes move further and further back, move and move you, i did another 5x250m... to be ready for the unexpected...
62:49 yesterday with last 20:00 at tempo pace. Please, how is my running form? Thanks.

It's tough to tell from a single still photo, but obviously the spectators were not impressed. Though you're obviously beyond the plant stage, it seems you may be leaning forward too much. Again, hard to tell. But I'm assuming you're not sprinting at this point which suggests what we call a "lazy lean." Work on your core strength and upper body strength (obviously lacking) to improve this area.
Finally, you may want to get yourself a pair of decent racing shoes. The trainers you are wearing won't help you get that PR you're chasing. Good luck.
oh Canada, this... ehi...
Ran 2km, foot didn't feel too bad.
Yesterday, no run.
Today, for 34'30". Easy for first 16 min., then solid pace for remainder of run. AHR 143 MHR 163. Warmer day, Spring has arrived?!
Umm....
Spring has sprung?

Not you, gonzo. My request was directed to those creating the shenanigens above your post.
Thursday: 45' tempo, lifting
Friday: 12 x 800 @ 100% vVO2max, rest = work - 1': a tough one!
Saturday: 60' recovery run
Sunday: Staying in bed for most of the morning (wink, wink)
Be good, all! Keep those positive posts coming. Don't let the troll distract you!
Oh. OK. 2km this AM...sore throat, coughing for two days. Then I logged on and saw Ryan Hall's monumental time.
I WILL be running tomorrow.
GO USA.
