Violin Vix ? ?
Your boy lost.
Yeah, and since the majority of money for schools from the last package has yet to be spent, giving more money to schools for Covid concerns is simply foolish! It amazes me that many high schools have been open since August with no major issues and have received no Covid Relief money and in just a couple of months it will be summer vacation!
You are correct. Trump is not the only one with hundreds of businesses feeding into his tax return.
What a forensic accountant needs is a database of numbers with dates and IDs (name of expenses). There are software tools for converting images to numbers and creating a database. The real skill is having having someone looking over the data who can see discrepancies ... numbers out of place, names that are, or are nearly the same. I am not a forensic accountant but I have used Excel to process data using conditional formatting to highlight discrepancies. You still need a good eye (multiple people is better) to look at the raw data to see if anything else is amiss. There are people who are really, really good at looking at raw data and finding oddities. Until they point something out to you you are likely to never see the error no matter how hard and long you look.

I'd say that Liz Peek's opinion means nothing to me. But working for the network that was labelled "propaganda for Trump" by one of it's own analysts, she's probably in the right place.
Trump and his apologists have no credibility when it comes to the pandemic.
That's my feedback.

good post Sally
I agree with most of that piece. The US econ is growing and we're seeing some signs of inflation.
I'm not sure hurling another $2 trillion into the pot would be productive. Although it depends how the money is spent of course. On infrastructure and other investments, that would be ok.
Sounds like Dominion software is your answer!

Looks like Dominion's going to be in the pillow business soon.
the good news is that Trump is a really bad hirer and I suspect got very lazy since for 50 years he got away with so much. He was such a slimebucket that the people who worked for him tended to be garbage people and not smart accountants.
So I suspect Trump will be caught pretty easily. Valuing a property in different ways for taxes and insurance/banks is the main way.

More like something that uses SQL as a data processor and formatter.
Trump loves ES&S over Dominion (Election Systems & Software). That vote counting software was used to pull McConnell, Graham, and Collins far above polling expectations. Close races (less than 5% gap) became GOP blowouts. The GOP caries nary a peep about ES&S.

What Biden is doing is called managing expectations - helps to improve both the outcomes and the perception of those outcomes.
So, yes, the COVID situation is improving dramatically and the economy should follow.
But the notion that, as stated in the article, "... if the virus disappears in the next few months, even the most gullible CNN-watching Biden groupie will know that Donald J. Trump conquered COVID.... " is idiotic. No one person conquered COVID - unless you believe that Trump has somehow been controlling things in nearly every nation in the world; COVID is on a steep decline nearly everywhere. Or perhaps you believe that the vaccines are what has driven the most recent surge down (that would be pure ignorance on your part).
At any rate, yes, things are going well on COVID as far as new infections go. And Biden is right in trying to get as many people vaccinated as possible to keep things that way.

Trump's problem is overreaching. If he made a double dipping "error" a couple of times, it is unlikely to ever get caught. But Trump is the type who cannot help himself. He will leave what are called "breadcrumbs" all over his tax returns. The tax investigators are likely to find many Trump tax math "errors", but not all of them. As you stated, the cost of finding ever dollar error is prohibitive on a 14,000 page tax return.

You really think he is doing his own taxes?!?!

Reading comprehension is not a skill you possess. The only one who thinks Trump is doing his own is you.
Tump is his own tax wizard who waves his wand around. His accounting people prepare the summary forms based on how Trump waves his wand around. The tax preparation people ONLY see the summaries they are provided, and prepare the tax forms. It is obvious you have no clue who information is passed along from a business to tax preparers.
Through Executive Orders and by setting goals that had already been met?
