Nope, not Skuj...mine is a REGISTERED name. I'd suggest others do similarly to protect the innocent.

Um, the guy was asking if that is skuj in the picture. The correct answer is, yes, that is skuj. Whatever the feck your reply means, I have no idea, however.
Yesterday (Fri.) no run.
Today, for 51'01" AHR 140 MHR 153.
What picture?
Anyway, my PF flared up again, so no run. Weight workout and 1 hour on the recumbent bike.

Felt I had to get out today after a taking a weekday off last week, so hit the pavement for 45' this morning. Quick shower, then back to bed!
Keep up the good work, all!
3 miles, pretty steady, on some good hills.
I've donated all my lightweight trainers & have no racing flats anymore.
I'm now in '07 NIKE Air Pegasus. We'll see how they work out. My left arch was substantially less sore wearing these new shoes today alone. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.
I picked them up a local sporting goods store that had a grand opening. A NIKE rep was there and he actually apologized for NIKE "getting too big for our (their) britches" when I lamented the butchering of the original Air Pegs.
He listened. Wow.
We talked about Knight and how NIKE had gotten away from their business genesis: hardcore runners. He said they're working on getting back to their roots. He was a pretty cool guy, actually.
An easy 8 miles at Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve in Calabasas. It was my first time running there and it was amazing. Definitely going to go back there for some more long runs in the future.
Today, shorter run. for 27'34" AHR 138 MHR 156.
Began slowly for first 13 min., (out & back) then gradually picked pace up with a good finish. Hip issue seems to be lessening but still hampers my leg speed...any faster I'll pull something?

Oh. I see.
34 min yesterday, 28 today
Hobbled over to the library (2miles out and back) after a hard, hilly 13 miler yesterday. This is my fifth week back and I am getting humbled daily. (Med school knocked me out of commission for the past two years).
Hopefully, I ran enough clean the legs out for more punishment tomorrow... ;)
1 hour of trails, mostly grass, some stones
Flew down the hills.
Unbelievably fine.
3 miles. Very windy out today. Walked the dog afterward, he likes the wind. Crazy pooch.
