There was fraud, and not because Trump said so. It was widespread and obvious.
How quickly the Democrats forget what cheating SOB's they are. Remember 2016? The time they didn't get away with it?
If it was possible to cheat in elections, the Republicans would be first in line. Last year, Biden was ahead in polls but the sleezy Democrats cheated anyway, while the pure as driven snow Ruplicans naively trusted the election process. Right.
What about, what about? Is there a denial in there?
Do you not understand how "ahead in polls" is used as a suppression tactic?
Let's not kid ourselves: you think you're GOOD, is the basic problem. Morally arrogant.

Again with the "Seventy-five million voted for Trump!" lie. It was seventy-FOUR million.
You know, that 74 million really is a whole lot of people. Hard to understand why a lot of Trumpkins (not just you) seem to persist in trotting out the 75 figure. Why not just stick with the truth?
Oh, yeah: "truth." Sometimes, to ask the question is to answer it.

What he actually did was obnoxious enough, but there is *no* suggestion or implication that Weaver did that. Either you didn't bother to read your own posted story; or you didn't comprehend it; or you're lying. Again.
Which is it this time?
Does the My Pillow guy need a good night's sleep?
Not even Newsmax will listen to his lunacy about voting machines. Has the censorship of the right extended so far that now right wing media outlets are censoring right wing conspiracy nuts, I mean truth tellers?
Mike, don't just claim that you've got all the evidence. Show us what you've got. We can't wait to see more statistical analysis from 'experts" who don't know the difference between Michigan and Minnesota.
Come to laugh at the crazy right winger
Stay to see the panicked ‘news’ guy read a letter from the lawyers and subsequently flee!
Things are bad, when Wiggins is taking up the baton for Sally and Rigged
Here's the Democrat impeachment memo:
It's factual and when it's all put in one place, it's devastating to Trump. After all the supporting evidence is presented, an acquittal would obviously be only for political reasons.

I feel a bit bad for Trollminator. This thread was his passion but, alas, it seems to be dying. How will he spend his time now on here? Maybe he becomes a regular poster on Greg's One Hop foot challenge?

I didn't read that article but why did the House Democrats have to make a case about the constitutionality of impeaching Trump? No one is arguing that they didn't have the constitutionality to impeach him and they already impeached him. What people ARE arguing is whether the Senate can hold a trial of an impeached president who has already left officewhen the constitution clearly does not allow it. The Constitution states "the conviction and removal from office...." It states those exact words in two different places of the constitution. "The conviction and removal from office." Nowhere does it mention the conviction and a sanction or any other penalty. No, conviction and removal from office go hand in hand. You CAN NOT try an impeached president who is no longer in office. It is absurd to even suggest this.
You convict him so Traitor Donnie can't run for public office again !!

A conviction alone does not prevent him from running for office again.
You don't even address whether or not did an impeachable act. What he did was by far, the worst thing any President has ever done and dwarfs what Nixon did.
Do you not agree he needs to be held accountable? If not in the Senate, where should it happen?
I have very mixed feelings on this. I really think he did something bad but these rioters had already preplanned this and were locked loaded and ready for bear. Trump was still speaking when they attacked. House Dems were chomping at the bit to impeach Trump for ANYTHING. They have for four years been out to get Trump. Trump has done some pretty bad things but so too have House Dems. Trump deserved to be impeached but whether he actually incited the rioters is a tough road to hoe.

It's undeniable that without 2 months of Trump constantly lying about the election results, there would not have been a riot. Your comment about the House Democrats is irrelevant nonsense.
The memo is 80 pages, but there is a "facts" section early on that takes about 20 minutes to read and is sickening. It's unconscionable that a POTUS would behave the way he did.
Whatever it takes, he needs to be effectively banished from American politics.

While your elected representatives do everything they can to defend Trump's actions that led up to it.
Along with the Republican Party, the fascist party of America.
