Any going away celebrations planned for tomorrow? I heard something about 9 AM being of note. That would be pretty early here on the left, i mean west, coast, but I think in this case it would be worth it.

I’ll be enjoying a nice cold beverage. Trump and his POS inner circle can go fvck themselves. I’ll be toasting to their painful and permanent ruination.
Found this: "According to Trump's schedule, the president will leave the White House around 8 a.m. Wednesday, four hours before the inauguration. A Marine One helicopter will carry Trump to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, from where he will switch to Air Force One for a final ride to Florida. He is expected to travel by motorcade to his Florida residence of Mar-a-Lago."
Enjoy your drink, my friend.
Finally.

Rasmussen's methodology is a lot different from every other pollster. . . .
The odd thing here isn't that Rasmussen is different from (biased relative to ) other polls, it's that somehow Rasmussen found a significant bump in Trump's approval rating during a period where he's tanking in every other poll.
I wonder if Rigged for Hillary was at the Capitol insurrection.
Not that surprising given the make up of the rioters.
Also, goes along with the prayer some of them gave while in the Capitol.

They know who they called. They know what answers were given in the past. They want to make their poll sponsor happy.
That poll is likely a gift to Trump to make him feel better. A happy ending.
If you missed it, I posted this a page or two ago: The Rasmussen is sponsored by Slanted (Sharyl Attkisson). Sharyl Attkisson is a Extreme Trumper who happens to be the most re-tweeted Journalist by Trump.
They maybe made the call a little early, but they were right. Instead of getting rid of whoever made the call, Fox should be promoting them. It went down exactly how their experts said it would.
And I don't think anybody calls a statue until the polls close, so nobody's vote was affected.

I won't give a US covid update today because yesterday was a holiday in the US so numbers are no doubt off. It was another good day statistically but we'll see if the numbers rise post-holiday.
Israel is still not seeing a meaningful nationwide drop in cases and deaths there have never been higher.
We've given 423K doses out of 927K doses that have been received.
Now up to ~46% of doses received have been administered - 4% of population.
Georgia up to 485K doses administered.

And in the process dicking up the whole “nuclear football” procedure. Since Trump will still be President when he leaves DC the football will go with him, but once Biden is sworn in it will have to flown back. So potentially a couple of hour gap where the President will not have the codes with him.
Someone, Trollminator I think. called this. The name of Trump's new political party will be ... The Partriots. Good call.
Trump discussed the matter with several aides and other people close to him last week, the people said. The president said he would want to call the new party the “Patriot Party."

Good. Split that conservative vote. Republicans have proven time again that they’re only happy when they’re the opposition party.

Announcing he is starting a new political party right now rates up there with the top 5 dumbest things this guy has done in his 4 years as president. Unless of course he is trying to get the republicans in the senate to convict him and thus eliminate his opportunity to ever hold a political office again.

I bet they don't trust Trump with anything of the sort. My bet is that they give him some buttoned up bag but instead of the football in there, there's a challah or something like that.
I mean, really.
Trump grants clemency to Steve Bannon.

Yeah that was me. He’s a Patriots fan and after he tried to give the Medal of Freedom to Belichick I knew it was coming.
I hope he charges a high membership fee ?

Yeah no way in hell anyone trusts that guy in his final 24 hours to make any meaningful decision.

Elliot Broidy and Paul Erickson, too.
But not the Tiger King Joe Exotic. He will stay in jail DEVASTATED.
