I'm sure we knew you were the one in the red singlet. It says "CVRR' on it!
Your form does require a few modifications. First, your shoulders are too tight and bunched up. This is very likely caused by tension throughout your arms. Try relaxing your wrists and I think you'll notice less tension throughout your arms and shoulders.
Second, your foot plant is too far back toward the heel. This is more likely an indication that your speed is, shall we say, a bit modest. The plant also appears to be too far off your center of gravity. As you speed up I suspect your foot plant will improve.
I'd say work on these for now. I don't want to give you too much to do, so when you correct these faults come back and I'll offer some more ideas. Hopefully these will keep you from falling back with those old guys wearing tights.
