Was her form that atrocious, or do you think all that flailing was an attempt to look fatigued?
She was clearly no athlete and probably had horrible running form to begin with, but everything she did during that brief run to the Boston finish was a calculated attempt to look fatigued: the flailing, the exaggerated grimaces, pretending to be on the verge of collapse while in the arms of the two cops who came to support her, and feigning oxygen debt while being crowned on the podium. No world-class athlete falls apart like that at the end of a record-setting race.
