Time is still soft compared to her outdoor WR.
Having been coached by Jama whilst he was a grad assistent at GMU where he did he masters in exercise physiology is there any wonder he has achieved such a level of success. He was a good runner but he was very thorough even back then. What training group was doing plyo's, drills, medicine ball work, weights and pool running back in 1987. Yes most of it was Cook but really if you are intelligent you know that running isn't curing cancer and hard work with recovery equal success. If Paula Radcliffe can run 2:15 for a marathon why can't a technically superior Dibaba run 4:13 she looks as efficient as you will ever see.
