1:50 is probably equivalent to 4:06 for 1600 and 8:48 for 3200. I'm sure over 100 kids have gone sub 4:10 and 9:00. I would bet not much more than 50 have broke 1:50 in high school. Probably more like 35.

#134 on the 1600 list is 4:06.17 (including converted Miles).
#134 on the 3200 list is 8:52.75 (including 2-Miles)
627 have broken 4:10m and 452 have broken 9:00m.
