Feels good and shape is better and better, My since couple of years back coached USA master runner Dallin Dyer did a nice marathon best 2:50 and impressing 1:12 halfway PB. Cramped hard last half when he has never been especially trained for the marathon. Now after some rest up we go back to emphasize on 1500m/ mile and the 5000m. He ran a 4;17 1500 in USATF Master Champs recently and we keep on trying to bettering it and break 16 min at 5000, I just love to coach all my runners and take them to new higher levels,
