The three of them have a 15 second gap on the field now.
We have merged two threads into 1 as we like to have 1 thread per topic. We don't need a thread on how she's running the 10,000 and then another on how she did. Here is a video of her on the final lap:
The three of them have a 15 second gap on the field now.
WOW Tuohy just threw down a 1:13

She closed it with the 69 for over a 16 second margin.

Quarzo’s PR coming in was 33:06, so her 33:13 tonight was good. But beating Vestri with faster closing laps was impressive!
Impressive run. Negative split on the last SIX laps. Last lap in 69s.
Lmao, what can’t she do?!
Tuohy’s 1st 5000 was approximately a 16:53
She closed in approximately 16:03 with a 4:52-ish final mile.

No wonder her splits in Cali was barely hanging. She looked absolutely different tonight. So strong!

Hopefully someone is kind enough to post a replay! :)
State 1, 2,5 v 'cuse 3, 4, 6. Millenaar rewarded for her pacing w 8th. Modest close from Touhy for win in 32:56. Great effort from Quarzo to pass Vestri for 2nd! Howlett did same w Roark to get 5th. 20 team points.
its the 69s last lap for me
Tuohy’s got the #9th ranked 10,000 in the East qualifying now, (1 second off of Chmiel). Off a slow start and a solid 2nd half and great final mile!
Already have a 7-page thread. We don't need another thread about one slow race. Reported as duplicate content.
That was a really easy race for Tuohy.
Impressive debut.

#22 in the country. Not bad for pacing duties and the ratcheting it down! Impressive.
