She stated she is going for a personal best in a post race interview at World's and person keep pushing it and she stated, " I would like to run a PB in Monaco but anything is possible.". Her pb is 3:51.high and the world record is 3:50 low. I doubt she just trying to run a PB when she is less then 1.7 seconds off the world record in the 1500m. Her personal best was set in a championship race w/tactics, competition, and medals in the line. She will have on to follow the rabbit and not worry about string competitors or medals.
Weather good and pacing and I hope she runs sub 3:50. I also hope Grant Fisher breaks the 3000m AR.
Her PB is not 3:51 high, it is 3:51.07, 1.00 seconds above the WR. Both times set in Monaco.
I'm currently in Monaco and the weather is just perfect. I think she has a serious chance to break the record, but the mark is very hard. I say she just fails with 3:50.37.
I'm so sorry for her that I was exactly right with the finishing time. She startet just a little bit too fast.
I doubt she will get a Chance like this again, so sorry for her.
Arop should work his running strategy, especially at the end.
The Kenyans (as expected) not consistent. The younger could have done better if he had took part to the race.
You have two 400-800 type Kenyans and Arop who is similar with a little more strength emphasized in his racing/training. Arop went out a tad fast but his best tactic is not to run it like Wightman who can surge and kick off 1:47. Korir is out of his depth racing a 1,000 and I’m not sure it helped that he ran a turn in lane 5 to start. It was a good race from Kinyamal to nearly be top 3 as a guy who doesn’t run over distance like Arop, Wightman or Murphy.

Holloway is so good but his last two hurdles are almost always trash. The field ALWAYS comes back on him.
It’s really sub-standard . Tbh, does it not feel like Trey Cunningham might begin to own him next week if/when he has a breakthrough? Cunningham has the exact strength to beat Holloway and play in his head.
I am suspecting time travel into the future where he had already watched the race before it happened for the rest of us and then he posted. Seems obvious.
