There has been plenty of evidence of the importance of vaccinations. No one can make a stupid person learn what, due to rigidity and tribal thinking, they don't want to know.
There is no reflection on the smart person because the dumb person refuses to see.
Its a much more complex issue than the decision to become a client to your company.
How many people will believe the conman Trump until the day they die? How many still think he won the election despite countless recounts and failed court attempts and explanations from ethical republicans telling them he lost.
The dumb person doesn't make the smart person less smart because the dumb person wasn't convinced and is still dumb.
I am fine with admitting that antivaxxers are so dumb that we must hand hold them to making wise choices for themselves and their families.
That is a big enough win for me. I'm not a fan of tone policing on an internet messageboard filled with bad-faith arguments and trolling, but if someone is like "You need to be nicer because antivaxxers literally too stupid to make basic functional decisions, we must guide them away from obvious harm as if they were blind" I will agree with that surprisingly scathing take.
We have reached consensus. Appreciate the discussion.
