I have stated my PRs here several times, and my marathon PR is the worst of the bunch with my 5,000 being the best, and even that's not fast. I have never claimed to be super fast.
2 miles (indoor) - 9:21
5,000 - 14:58
10,000 - 32:15
Half marathon - 1:15
Marathon - 2:55
50 miles (trail) - 7:47
Not sure what this has to do with vaccines though...actually I do know...it has NOTHING to do with them.

Great example:
This poster should have run a 2:35 with his HM time of 1:15
Or a 2:23 with his 5,000 time of 14:58
But he ran a 2:55 at the Marathon
Some people are better at shorter distances and some are better at longer distances. It's all good but you can't just calculate your Marathon time from shorter distances and pretend you would have run it.

Yep. To be crystal clear, I began running marathons when I was much less serious about running, but even so, I did actually train for them. It is possible if a great coach got ahold of me at the right time and had me do much better training, that I might have run the time you suggested, but I would NEVER suggest such a thing. I ran 2:55. I don't do the prediction thing.
