I see you haven't followed the thread? What I have done so far is NOT my Dancan system! I will switch to my original Dancan system when I'm ready to execute it. Take some more preparation time.......🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
It's time to admit that your terrible training program is an abject failure.
After following your program for a year, you still haven't been able to complete a 5k run.

I have followed the thread. You have done nothing. You are a fraud.
Unfortunatelly I'm not ready to race in the World Champs but my training goes on and I will have next year as the main goal to run a sub 20 min at age 65 . Cheers to everyone 👋( By the way my best runner placed 10th in the Boulder Boulder 10 k )🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪Coach J.S

Apparently you haven't followed the thread.
On the first page of this thread you said you were really motivated, that you were on the good training again, and planning to compete this year in Gothenburg your home town.
Yet you've been training all this time and still haven't completed a 5k run.
The only logical conclusion is that your terrible training system is an abject failure.
Anyone who just went out and ran some distance each day, and competed in a race every two weeks or so, would have far, far better results than you have had this past year.
Honestly, if I was Jan I would ask the mods to delete this thread. Whenever you Google him, it literally brings this thread up now ha ha
Only Jan can think this thread is good for his con man business. Where he's been exposed on so many lies. The fake catfish Emma is the best, still. As Jan has doubled and trebled down on the lie despite all the posts over other Facebook pages confirming it's a guy behind the account and also now Emma "looks" totally different on her profile. Added to that , how he would compete at the masters, but never actually been outside for a run to see if he can actually run 5k in total, let alone break 30 mins. Or the fact, the golden moment, when he forgot to log out of his Zappa account handle and replied as Jan, when of course it wasn't Jan 😂
Sorry just keeping it all updated, so when the next time someone Googles him that they can see and read all these perfectly legitimate claims. Not one thing I've said is disputable.
Jan will do his usual ignoring of all his wrongs and tell us one of his fake athletes has placed top 5 in some race in china that doesn't exist, for my next prediction.
The dude is a fat mess. Absolutely in horrific shape. Im the same age and if my body was like a pudding like his I would be disgusted to look at myself in the mirror. I will let yourself or coach JS place a wager with me. You can bet $1 with a chance to win $100,000 if you think within a year he can run 17:30. He might be able to waddle like a slob to maybe a 22. Something like that. But if you think this man, who has proven time and time again to be a liar and a conman is going to run 17:30, I'd say lay off the crack pipe, put it down and go breathe in some fresh air.
Sir, let's give the 64 year old Swedish (surprisingly youthful looking) Guru his chance in the sun. Thank you. He has good intentions, we believe.
put down the pipe wins!!
ghost1 and scammer js lose.
the dancan system takes a 14.25 5k runner and turns him into a fat slob who cant even run 5k at all despite 10 months prep. wow. years arent kind but he should still be doing sub 20.

One more poster haven't understand I have not yet started my successful Dancan system. It will be later on...... 🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

So you had no intention of competing at worlds and do not actually intend on racing in the future. This thread is just another effort to promote your coaching service.

Of course not. Not an effort to promote my successful coaching. But of course this thread will be a great promote when I run within a year from now a sub 20 min 5 k ........ 😉👋🙏🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪Magic J.S

So I heard that you were the next hand-picked coach in line for the head coaching job at the University of Oregon but you turned it down and they hired Jerry Schumacher. But were also offered lots of money from NIKE and Phil Knight to coach the Bowerman Track Club and be Alberto Salazar's heir apparent. Are you still considering that position?
Yeah. A thread exposing your lies, your lack of commitment, your lack of ability to train to a sub 20 which you repeatedly claimed would be easy. A thread where you were caught using different handles praising yourself, 10 months of something you called "training" but were nothing but short hill "sprints", where you lied reapeatedly about Fake Emma...
Great promotion, really. I hope this thread doesn't get deleted because it's the best piece of evidence of how incompetent and what a fraud you are.

do you think that basically saying now what you said almost a year ago is irony or delusional?

Oh yes, Fat Jan, couldn't agree more. Why would I doubt the word of a lying, scamming POS? Please say hello to Fake Emma for me.
Here's a golden oldie you might enjoy reading:
SouthernFriedRealist wrote: I don't believe Jan has any intention to run any race this year. It's just a way that lets him talk about himself for a few months. When the Master's Championships is over, he will find something new to talk about that takes place in the distant future.
He is highly ego-orientated and bases his self-worth entirely on how he compares to others rather than on becoming a better version of himself. He is too mentally weak to show up and race without being able to look good in front of others.
In a few months, he will have some "injury" or something and act like he's upset he will not be able to compete. If he somehow makes it to the starting line, he will not finish and blame some injury to try and protect his ego. I'll be sure to quote this post later this summer when it's proven to be correct.
I have not yet started my successful Dancan system.
You've had another year, and your system continues to be unsuccessful.
As long as you keep doing the same thing, you'll keep on getting the same lack of results.
I'm in Vännesborg (J.S's home relatively near Gothenburg, 100km), for 2 days, on a 7 day visit to Denmark and Sweden.
Jan Stensson, the Wizard - and Ghost met up for coffee in a Mongolian restaurant in Vännesborg and a long review of his career, coaching philosophy, tales about Madame Tanui, Victor Chipchirchir, and others.
I can confirm that Jan will not race this year, but will get ready next year...at least that's the plan. J.S. looks surprisingly youthful for a sexagenarian pushing 65, next year. At my request, J.S. broke into a run, near his home, and his form was good...forefoot striker, unlike most veterans who are heel strikers. It was a rather impressive sight seeing the tall, blue eyed Viking master lope up the road in his Saucony shoes.
Yes, he's overweight...for elite running purposes, but carries his weight surprisingly well on his tall, 6ft2 frame (1.88cm). If he weren't a runner, he would look a lot fitter than the average 64 year old, which cynics might claim doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things, but that's my view.
One more thing. For those claiming he's a con man...that's an inaccurate portrayal, because most of the people he coaches are not charged any money. Yep, he's eccentric, but if you meet him in the flesh, as I've done today, your opinion about the man might change.

No wonder they checked your hard drives when you left living in Asia, Ghost. Creep knows creep. You are just as weird on Facebook as Jan himself. He won't marry you, he only dates escorts who might steal his pension.
