YESTERDAY: rest day, devasted by a funeral of a running friend;
TODAY: 10x600m at 2:20, with a brisk 200, recovery. Then 3:30 rest and a 2000m progression in 7:46. Still tired from Sunday and Monday combo, but held up.

I don't think threads belong to the people who start them.
The threads belong to the collective sum of the people who post.
AKA's allegation is seriously-toned. Yet in the spirit of a contemporary message board, it seems entirely fine to me if somebody made up identities on an anonymous message board and had a conversation by him or herself on a self-initiated thread.
But RD my advice, for a change of pace, would be to own up to it - if it is true - and see what happens in terms of posting.
And have the balls to keep posting here even if it was just you.
How many distinct runners (we assume they are runners, they could distinctly not be) are actually posting/have posted here?
