He's been "shown the door" at letsrun. Having said that, there is a strong feeling among some that he is still lurking here and posting using other handles. Others will insist he is not. Make up your own mind. You might still find him at cvrr.ca, though he has kind of worn out his welcome there, too. C'est la vie.
Shown the door how?
U sure seem to know a lot about him so why dont you get a life?

I think you might be conversing with one of the moderators?

I've seen u do that before, always trying to say bad things about him and making out that the mods sent him packing. Liar. As I said before get a life. get a new hobby and stop trying to convince people that you are many diff people beating up on Skuj. Cus there obviously only one.

I didn't say anything bad about anyone! I was just trying to help you maybe understand the other guys post. You're welcome.
Anyhow....running!!
My day (no run yesterday), for 33:33. Varied pace, AHR 140 MHR 155.
36 minutes yesterday
55mins incl 5min/4/3/2/1:30/1/:45/:30/:15 hard (1min slow recov)
Switching from Yank to my registered name: gonzo.
Anyway, 30 minutes into my planned one hour run on the treadmill yesterday... the thing started flashing a 'notify maintenance' warning at which time (it being the 2nd event in two weeks with that machine) I decided I'd seen the last of the gym until next December.
I notified the custodian and headed out the door looking in the reflection on the glass EXIT door to make certain none of the managers were following me. Cripes I didn't TRY to break the thing! I'm no hooligan, after all.
Today I am shoveling snow...yet again...ahhh...March 1st.
Supposed to be near fifty degrees by Monday. I can't wait.
Speaking of hooligans, Yank...er gonzo, it looks like a few of them have been posting here again. Oh well, it keeps us on the front page!
Thursday: off (a bit of a sniffle)
Friday: 20' w/u, 6 x 800 @ 110% vVO2max (rest 1.5 work....tough), 20' c/d
Today: 55' easy
Keep up the good work, all!
It's Sunday morning and it looks like another day off for me. I snuck out of bed to brush my teeth, but I'm heading back there right away. It's a nice warm place on these cold mornings. Once again I've given in to temptation....
70:00 run in the cold (17 F) and wind. (...wimps) At least the sun was out.
LOL. 'the sun was out'...yea!
Running by minutes and not miles is rather banal, I seem to run a lot slower. I'm running outdoors again (hey it IS March, right, get off the treadmill until next December?) and will just leave the watch home and run my old reliable routes again, not worrying about the time. The times I'm seeing are getting depressing anyway.
Hey, once you get past fifty, things change, y'know?
Early Happy Ides of March to eveybody.
I sure wished I had a coach like that!

Friday, no run.
Yesterday, no run. Bad day, had to have my cat put down. Cancer & kidney failure. Morris was 15 yr. old.
Today, a solid 39:43. AHR 145 MHR 158.

An enjoyable 76 min on the treadmill..no really! Was just mentally in the mood for it, what can i say.

Is this like a dedication or something?
20 miles: took the T out to mile 17 of Boston, ran back to mile 14, turned around and completed miles 14-26.2 (needed the hill work). Negative splitting, pushed particularly hard on the hills. Took gel at 60 min.
After reaching the finish, I took another gel and added on 5 more along the Charles for 20.
Longest run up to this point (in this marathon build-up) was 15 mi, making this an ambitious run. Glad I survived!
52' in full daylight yesterday.....36' in today's pre-dawn.....cold twice
27 minutes yesterday and striders.
