Reading about all the injuries and mental anguish is difficult. Been there and don’t want to come across as the injury free older guy. Really not exactly sure how my injuries have been manageable for years and suspect it is mostly simply luck. Everytime I have surely figured out the why and how to resolve a running injury, inevitably another contradicting solution presents itself somewhere down the road.
With the above said, highest volume week ever excluding when I was a cyclist. Best I’ve felt since returning to running three years ago. Have had some close calls but never anticipated running for three years without an interruption.
