LOL at whoever changed the topic to "Describe Your Trolling Today". Almost feel bad changing it back.
Another snowstorm, so I got a haircut on the way home from work and didn't run.

wondering, knowerer, please enlighten me too. thanks.
20:00 on treadmill.
Dentist appt: my gum stitches are finally removed! If anyone has major oral surgery, always ask beforehand if there is any change of TRISMUS, aka Lockjaw, occuring.
This is what I am currently suffering from as an after effect of having had SEVEN novicaine injections for the procedure I had. The procedure was an apicoectomy.
LOCKJAW is painful and inconvenient. Ask if you can get a general anesthetic to avoid what I'm going through, and will probably have to deal with for two more weeks.
Some guy named SKUJ prolly posted before...
Monday: 50' easy, lifting
Tuesday: 20', 8 x ~300m hill, 20', stretch
Wednesday: 75' easy
Hey, we're again the most popular thread on page 1 (for now). Thanks for all of the positive posts. You folks are great and so is this thread! Rock on!
No, and what is this Skuj fixation?
4.36 miles in 42:15. Whatsupp?? It felt like I was really moving down the trail tonight, then the Garmin throws out that reality check. Oh, well. -3F and a sky full of stars.
Somebody tell us what's become of skuj.
1. Here is Skuj today:
http://cvrr.ca/forums/viewtopic.php?t=218
2. Skuj doesn't post at letsrun anymore.
3. Wondering = Running Dogg = guy obsessed with Skuj for some reason.
4. I am Skuj. (No I'm not, but that's what you will say.)
AM:
10min + strides w/up
6km strong - 20:27 (beach/road/grass course)
20min c/d
PM:
30min easy
I would like to extend my full approval to whoever managed the "Describe Your Trolling Today" change.
I laughed really hard when i saw it. And still am.
Arguably, sometimes it does not take much to get me going, and it could be due to an immediate cerebral mechanism which quickly associates and amplifies the inherent virtues of an initiative, by theoretically implementing in other real and hypothetical contexts.
There's much to be said in favor of elegant, non-violent, subtle anarchy and the richness of its endogenous commentary.
Self criticism and regulation is our only hope.
After this exercise in the moderate display of literary behavioral enthusiasm, i would just like to add that yesterday i jus' commute-pedalled like a MtHrFcKr, and, as i passed hundreds of bottled-cars on the suffering asphalt,...
...I just felt aerodynamically invicible.

CORRECTING AND CLARIFYING:5th graf, I write IS because I intend the "Self criticism and regulation" as a single function made of two processes;Last graf, classic, a typo in the least desirable place, like the very last word... talk about dumberthandumb...oh well...

He's been "shown the door" at letsrun. Having said that, there is a strong feeling among some that he is still lurking here and posting using other handles. Others will insist he is not. Make up your own mind. You might still find him at cvrr.ca, though he has kind of worn out his welcome there, too. C'est la vie.
