Whew!...that's quite a list of smokers there! When I first looked at those times I thought those were guys in their 40s, then I saw at the top of your post "M60." 60?...What?...Wow! I'm almost 60 but my 1500 time probably wouldn't even make the top 10 of the "women's" 60 division. Lol.
Seeing times like that is why I don't race much anymore. It's one thing to get smoked by the young bucks, but to get smoked by guys in your own age-group is downright humiliating!
I think since Grandmasters running has gotten so performance orientated in this generation, participation boils down to two (2) distinct groups; the fast and the slow.
