You just tried to say it was his fault that the pile up happened and you were obviously wrong, you’re not even trying to defend that point anymore. He looked fine and was in 2nd when he fell. People weren’t rolling around him at all, one person passed him.
He ended up running 2:26.02 in the final and getting 6th, I think he was good enough to advance on his own merits. Either way it doesn’t matter, any organization is going to let a guy who was in 1st with 300m into the final when they fall. Especially if the guy in front of him cut him off so badly that he was disqualified.
